W
Wright Electrical and Mechanical have been accredited
to The Electrical Contractor’s Association
(ECA) approved Electrical Efficiency Scheme and
are able to self-certify that their electrical
installation work carried out in commercial, industrial
and domestic buildings complies with Part L of
the Building Regulations.
W
Wright Electrical and Mechanical as part of their
Part L accreditation employ Energy Supervisors.
These Energy Supervisors are experienced individuals
responsible for ensuring that electrical installation
work is designed, installed and commissioned in
compliance with the Building Regulations. As Energy
Supervisors they will be suitably qualified and
have satisfactorily completed a suitable Part
L training course, recognised by the ECA (T34-006
Part L for Energy Supervisors).
As
a company registered with the ECA scheme, we have
the right to self-certify that our work complies
with the Building Regulations. This means that
nay electrical installation work carried within
the scope of Part L does not have to be inspected
by a building control body.
Clients
that use Wrights “registered as a Competent
Person” have the reassurance that they are
using a firm that has been independently inspected
and certificated as competent to carry out the
work.
