The brand new Police Station in the center of Newark was an M&E project that we carried out for Henry Boot Ltd and comprised of all the requirements of a state of the art town center Police Station with all the failsafe systems required and the advanced technologies required to facilitate these systems.

These were three new PFI schools in which we installed the M&E systems as sub-contractors to Balfour Kilpatrick and whilst the programme was difficult to resource with stop/start problems and other trades 'starving and flooding' the job, we completed at our prescribed time with first attempt handover achieved. These were the most difficult jobs that we have had to manage in 28 years in business but the end product is to a very high standard of workmanship.

One of these schools catered for special needs (St Giles) and the other two were large technical comprehensive schools.

Overall all three projects were a credit to the companies skills and resourcefullness.

Queen's Tower on Norfolk Park is a 101 apartment complex in five blocks all set in its own well established grounds surrounded by trees. Three were new-build and the other two were existing listed buildings.

This was a Design and Build, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing project in close co-operation with the developer colaberating to achieve his very high standards and technical inovations.

This project is still on our books as we carry out all the M&E planned maintenance for the developer.
