W Wright Electrical Limited operate an apprentice training philosophy of not how many apprentices do we need today, but what are our longer term expansion plans and how many apprentices can the Company carry and train proficiently.

Currently we employ four new school leaver apprentices per year, thus Wright’s have between 16 and 20 apprentices (male and female) at any one time, most of whom will stay with the Company at the end of their training.

Some supervisors and senior operatives are former apprentices and have been with the Company over 18 years serving to maintain the quality of service that W Wright Electrical aim to continue to achieve.

Wright's also operate an adult training programme up to NVQ Level 3 and JIB grading as an Electrician.
