Training

W Wright Electrical and Mechanical operate an apprentice training philosophy of not how many apprentices do we need today, but what are our longer term expansion plans and how many apprentices can the Company carry and train proficiently. We currently employ seven apprentices and there will another apprentice starting on the 2011 programme with training provider JTL.

Some supervisors and senior operatives are former apprentices and have been with the Company over 20 years serving to maintain the quality of service that W Wright Electrical and Mechanical aim to continue to achieve.

Wright's also operate an adult training programme up to NVQ Level 3 and JIB grading as an Electrician.

All operatives and engineers hold CSCS cards and W Wright Electrical and Mechanical have been recognized by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme with a Certificate of Commitment – Gold Standard.

W Wright Electrical and Mechanical identify training and development needs of its employees via ongoing and annual assessment in order to meet personal and business development needs.
